I reserve the right to pick and choose who, where, why, what, and how I do business. Trademarked and copywritten images or logos require permission for use and that is not always possible. 

If a custom order is defective or incorrect due to my error, then it will be repaired or redone and corrected. 

If the information I was given is in error, I will not be held responsible, although, I might very well help you out in rectifying the issue.  Mistakes happen to the best of us. 

I respectfully ask that you are patient as custom work takes time. I work on a first come, first serve basis, and each and every item i make is given proper time and attention. There is no exception to this rule. Your stuff is just as important as anyone else's. 

If I am on the phone or doing email correspondence, I am not physically making things. There is just one of me and unfortunately, I haven't been able to clone myself....yet.
